Kirby Ann Basken is Mutya ng Pilipinas 2006 title holder who turned Miss Norway 2007 and represented Norway during the recently concluded Miss Universe pageant last May. Too bad she didn’t even get into the finals. She looks hot though in this recent issue of FHM Norway August 2007 magazine. She is half-Filipina, which is quite evident in her Pinay beauty.
